Powered by Arryved, we’re getting ready to launch a reward program. (It’s more than that, but let’s take baby steps. 🐣)

As our servers & bartenders, we’ll lean on you to communicate the value (and existence of) this program and get as many people to sign up as possible.

Start here:

Please start by visiting royalblissbrewing.com/insider which explains the customer side of things.

Once you’re familiar, come back and review this guide for how to handle the program during the shift.

The process

Upon greeting every table, ask if they are already an “Insider member”.

Especially in the beginning, most people won’t have any idea what that means, so be prepared to answer some questions (FAQs below).

 

If they say “yes”, connect their tab to their account either by credit card or account lookup.

Members may have chosen to sign up with their credit card information. If so, all you need to do is swipe that card to create the tab like normal, and it will automagically find it. 🪄

 

If they didn’t sign up with a card (or don’t have the card they signed up with), you’ll need to look them up.

When you tap to name the tab there will be a new button that says “loyalty lookup” and then it will ask you for either a phone number or email (see below). 🔍

TIP: Ask for a phone number, it’s quicker than typing an email address.

If they say “no”, tell them about it succinctly.

Something like:

“Oh you should! It’s super easy to sign up and you earn points on every purchase to redeem for gift cards.” 😁

 

They’re interested? Great.

Guests can sign up in two ways:

  1. In-brewery as they close their tab (see below)

  2. By visiting insider.arryved.com

IMPORTANT: Once they sign up they will receive a confirmation email with a link that will expire in 5 days. If they don’t confirm, they won’t get any points. Suggest they check their email right after signing up.

If they tell you they didn’t get the email, let a manager know and they can resend it from the Arryved backend.

TIP: on busy shifts, it may be best to direct people to sign up on the website so you aren’t staring at someone while they are signing up and hot food is waiting to be run! Do this tactfully and politely. DO NOT EVER tell a guest you are too busy for them.

ANOTHER TIP: If you can’t remember the web address, direct them to our website and tell them to look for “Insider Program” on the navigation.

Redeeming points for rewards. 💰

So your guest earned enough points to redeem. Now what?

This is actually the easy part. As long as their tab is connected to their Insider account, it will show all offers available to them at checkout!

Things people might ask:

If I sign up with my credit card, will it store my info for next time?

Arryved only stores the last 4 digits of their credit card to identify their account. They will still need to swipe a card for payment. Privacy policy.

How do I change or add more credit cards to my account for recognition?

This requires being in the brewery and the walkthrough is available here. We will likely have this available as a print-out as it probably won’t happen often and the steps aren’t super intuitive. When in doubt, ask a manager.

NEW: If someone signed up without a credit card it will ask them when they close their tab with a credit card if they want to add it. This is the responsibility of the guest to select, not yours.

How much do I need to spend to earn a reward?

Points are accumulated on every purchase at 100 points per dollar (or 1 point per cent). We’re kicking this off with a $20 for every $500 spent.

Will I get more emails?

By signing up for the program they will get email notifications but they can adjust their settings by logging in. By default, they will receive an email receipt for any points earned which may be obnoxious but it will keep the program top of mind. They can shut it off if they wish.

Privacy policy

Royal Bliss does not collect (or want) any of your private information.

If you choose to sign up with a credit card, the system only stores the last 4 digits for automatic identification - your full card number is not stored.

Members of the Insider program sign up providing a name, zip code, phone number, and email address which is used to identify your account upon visiting. Only behavioral information will be provided to us (such as visit frequency).

Arryved does not share any data with outside third parties.

Arryved only shares payment information with their bank to perform transactions.

You have the right to opt-out at any time, and your information will be deleted.
